| Amenities: Secure Locked Garage available. Located one half block off of A1A in a quiet established neighborhood. Off street parking, childrens playground nearby, fishing, boating, surfing, and sunning all within walking distance. |
| Entertainment: Main Street, Bike Events, Daytona International Speedway, Daytona USA, water parks, miniature golf, nightclubs, restaurants are all close by, golf courses are nearby on mainland. The Space Center, Canaveral National Seashore, Sea World, Orlando and Disney are great day trips. |
| Other Comments: Our no-smoking, no pets policy is very strictly enforced. (Smoking on outside porch only) If guest is found to have smoked inside or to have pets, the security deposit and balance of rent is automatically forfeited and guest will be asked to vacate the premises. This is so we can keep our home fresh and clean for all our guests. All rates are subject to change until confirmed with a reservation. |

Information |
Deposits: $1,000 security deposit.
Payment Policies: $1,000 Security and 1/2 the rent due to reserve; Balance due 30 days before arrival if paying by personal check or money order.
Cancellations: We will make every effort to re-rent the property if you have to cancel. If we are able to find other suitable tenants, we will refund all your money (minus $100 for our additional advertising) in hopes of having you as our guest at another time.
Arrival/Departure: Saturday 4pm arrival and Saturday noon departure. However, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, provided you let us know far enough in advance. Check out time is noon.
