Deposits: Anna Maria Island Inn published prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that Christmas, Easter and Special Holidays are subject to a surcharge. Nightly and Holiday rates upon request. TERMS $100 upon reservations (non refundable) Visa, Master Card, Discover or check. 25% within 30 days of receiving confirmation. Balance payable by check or money order to be received 30 days prior to date of arrival, or upon reservation if within this period.
Payment Policies: All Anna Maria Island Inn rates are subject to an 11.5% tax. (Florida Sales tax of 6.5% + a Resort tax of 5%)
