| Amenities: The studios and suites all have full kitchen, living and dining room areas furnished with locally made Rattan furniture, and are decorated with the finest local artwork and tapestries.
All studios and suites are equipped with hot and cold water, air conditioning, multiple ceiling fans, cable TV with over 40 channels and a room safe.
We provide towels, sheets, pillows, and a daily maid service (or less often if you prefer) with laundry service.
We offer a 30 day minimum long term rental of our suites with all utility charges included.
All kitchens are supplied with kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave ovens, stoves, coffee makers, grills, refrigerators, blenders, and toasters.

| Directions: By Flying: From Belize City/ Philip Goldson International Airport (a 30 minute fight) down to Placencia is recommended. There are frequent flights daily on Tropic Air and Maya Island Air, the local carriers.
By Driving: Should you intend to take a tour of Belize, you may want to rent a car, but if you are just coming to Miramar Apartments, we suggest you fly to Placencia. Driving can be a lovely adventure, however it may take over 3 hours due to partly unpaved roads.
Taking the bus is the least desirable way to get to us. We advise against it.

Deposits: A 3 night deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
•Notice of cancellation for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Acts of God, if received by Miramar Apartments :
?not less than 60 days prior to arrival, a full refund;
?not less than 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund;
?less than 45 days prior to arrival, no refund.
