All nightly rates are subject to an additional 12% Government tax and 10% Service charge.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Children 12 and under stay free. Extra person charge is $50 plus 22% tax and service per person per night over standard occupancy, available in 1, 2 and 4 bedroom suites.

There is a 7 night minimum stay required during the Holiday season. In addition, during Presidents Holiday (February 14th – 21st) and Spring Break (April 18th – 23rd); a 5 night minimum stay also applies.

During the Holiday season Dec 21, 2013 – Jan 4, 2014 and Dec 19, 2014 – Jan 3, 2015, a 50% deposit including tax and service fee is required to reserve your suite; balance is due on October 1st, at which time payment becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation/changes must be received prior to October 1st for a refund less credit card fees equal to 5% of the reservation value.

For January 5th – December 18th; a 3 night’s deposit is required to reserve your suite. Payment less a 5% credit card fee is refundable if a cancellation notice is received 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Early departures do not receive a refund of unused stay. No-shows will be subjected to 100% penalty of the full stay.

For cancellations made outside of the reservation cancellation period, a full refund will be issued less a credit card fee equal to 5% of the transaction value.

Please note that we recommend the purchase of cancellation/travel insurance especially during peak season. The cancellation policy is applicable to weather and airline related cancellations.

Hurricane Policy: If the airlines cancel arrivals, guests may cancel without penalty; however, if the plane flies, guests may rebook a non-cancellable reservation within the same rate period without penalty.?If a hurricane is in the Caribbean basin but not threatening the destination, contractual cancellation policies remain in effect. ?Guests may depart early without penalty if the hurricane is threatening the destination and or if the airlines are cancelling future flights. Guests departing early will be charged a penalty if there is no threat and the air carriers are continuing service.
