SunBreeze Suites is comprised of twenty comfortable one bedroom vacation suites overlooking the beautiful blue sea. Each comes with a private balcony from where you can enjoy breath-taking sunrises, refreshing cool sea-breezes and romantic moonlight nights. It is within walking distance to grocery stores, entertainment centers, local and gourmet restaurants, banks, fruit shops, cafes, and Belizean art galleries. Deposits: RESERVATION CONDITION: (except groups)
US$ 100.00 deposit required within 14 days of making the reservation.
The balance is due 46 days prior to arrival date
When making a reservation 30 days or less prior to arrival date, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION CONDITION: (except groups)
Cancellations Received 46 – 31 days prior to arrival date, there is US$ 100 penalty fee.
Cancellations Received 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be received in writing and cancellations are treated as such when confirmation is made in writing.
Payment Policies: 9% Hotel Tax and 6% Service charge is additional to room rates.
