This spacious 3 bedroom villa can sleep a maximum of 7 guests. All the rooms provide high-ceiling fans and air-conditioning for your extra added comfort, and are conveniently on one level with the Master Bedroom boasting a Large 6ft King-size Bed, 42" Plasma TV (with cable), in-room safe for your valuables and large mirrored-closets. The stylish modern en-suite bathroom offers a Jacuzzi with over head rain shower.

There are 2 further bedrooms and a guest bathroom which has been designed as a practical 'wet room' with large rain shower.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and an additional beverage fridge which is great for entertaining, and a breakfast bar.

A utility room is just off the kitchen which provides both a washer and a clothes dryer along with a water cooler machine.

A well designed 'open plan' living area also offers a 42" TV (with cable), DVD player & Stereo/CD there is also WIFI internet access. The living area has large patio doors which open- out onto a patio area, large decking & private Gazebo to watch the beautiful Caribbean sunsets.

The cool trade winds continually flow through this area making it perfect for BBQ's and entertaining as there is also a shaded pergola area with a Hot Tub. On the lower deck you can watch the many Marine fish and sting ray's swim past or even try your luck at fishing. There is a private boat dock with a Sea Ray power boat which for an additional cost you and your guests can enjoy (please enquire separately regarding rates and tours offered).

A maid service is also included in the rental price.

Villa Gatzby is within the popular Jolly Harbour resort which boasts the biggest Marina in the Caribbean along with a 18-hole Golf Course, a commercial centre with numerous shops including; Supermarket, Bank, Pharmacy, Souvenir Shops and abundance of bars and restaurants to cater for all, the commercial centre is only a five minute walk away from the villa.

You also have full use of ALL the amenities on offer at Jolly Harbour including the Olympic sized swimming pool, there is also both tennis and squash courts (there maybe a minimal fee for racket hire).
