Waters Edge Condominiums is a wonderful gulf front complex and a fantastic spot to vacation. Whether you stay a week or an extended stay, these are a perfect choice for a winter retreat, vacation rental or an escape into our paradise. Enjoy the large heated pool that is nestled right in the sands of the gulf beaches, and is just steps to sink your toes in the warm, powder-soft white sand. Feel the warm island breezes and the famous Florida sunshine on your skin from the balconies that each condo has to offer. Some balconies look right onto the beach, and some that are looking onto the sparkling pool. There are two buildings that frame the pool. The complex is made up of forty (40) condos; twenty (20) per building. There is an elevator in the condos for your convenience, and washer and dryer facilities that are shared. The lush landscaping that surrounds this complex makes for a tropical setting to give you a real island feel. |

Payment Policies: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, VISA, MasterCard or Discover for payment.
Cancellations: There is a $140 cancellation fee if you cancel outside of 90 days prior to your arrival. Once a guest is inside 90 days from their arrival their down payments become non-refundable.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is after 4:30 PM on day of arrival. Check-out time is before 10 AM on day of departure.
Tax: 11.5%
