Information |
Deposits: SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT $ 750
Payment Policies: A Reservation deposit of $2,000.00 (Per month booked) due upon signing and the final balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. A separate association rental application fee of $100 paid by tenant to 440 West Association, C21 process fee of $150. Any electric usage over $150 within the month and a final cleaning fee of $200.00 is deducted from the deposit and balance with statement returned usually 45 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice.
