Beautiful two-story Beach House, one level independent from the other. Rent daily(minimum 3 days), weekly or monthly. First floor, two bedrooms/two bathrooms sleeps 7. Second floor, three bedrooms/two bathrooms sleeps 7. Both completely equipped, furnished and beach front in the warm and beautiful beach of Cerro Gordo, 30 minutes from Old San Juan and 45 from the airport. |

| Amenities: The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, toaster, stove, utensils, glasses, pots and pans. Water heater, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans in living areas. We provide hairdryer, iron and beach towels if requested. |
| Entertainment: Kayak available at additional cost. Good surfing area for those who love mild waves. There is a rocky area about 8 minutes walk on the beach were you can collect shells, watch little fish trapped in small water holes surrounded by rocks and you can be surprised by little crabs and lots of hermits. |
| Other Comments: Beach access is through the patio. There are beach chairs and lounges to relax and enjoy the sun, warm wind and the sound of the waves.There are two showers and BBQ. First floor has a terrace with a Hammock and cozy sofas and the second floor a balcony with a spectacular view of the palms, the beach and the ocean. |
