We have been to Grand Cayman many times and always enjoy our stay at the Avalon. The condo, beach and sevices were perfect! The staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone has a positive experience while staying at the Avalon. The beach is one of the best along 7 mile beach and all of the condo's have been updated and are extremely nice. It is never crowded and there are always plenty of beach chairs and in several types to choose from. If you want a truly relaxing, memorable vacation, book a stay at the Avalon. Payment Information
Deposits: 50%

Payment Policies: For reservations up to and including three days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. We require a 50% deposit for reservations made over seven days before your arrival, with the balance due on arrival. Christmas & New Year bookings must be fully prepaid by August 31st and are non-refundable thereafter.


Cancellations: If cancellation or changes are received prior to sixty days of your reservation in Winter or thirty days in Summer, there is no penalty, and the deposit, less 4% service fee, will be refunded. If cancellation or changes are received within the penalty period, the full deposit is forfeited.


Arrival/Departure: Check-in 3:00 pm Check-out 11:00 am


Tax: 10% tax & 6% Gratuity added in lieu of tipping
