Deposits: 9% Hotel Tax & 10% Service Charge are additional
Payment Policies: Cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express Cards & Travelers Checks are accepted as payment at the Resort.
For room only reservation, a 2 night deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. (For packages, a $300US per person deposit is due upon booking). The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 45 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is due upon booking.
Cancellations: A full refund minus a $100 administrative fee will be granted if cancellation is received before 60 days or more prior to arrival at Robert's Grove. If 60 up to 45 days prior to arrival 50% refund. If 45 days or less, no refund. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.
