I want you to know how much my friends and I enjoyed our stay at the pool home. The rental home was clean, spacious and fully stocked with all the appliances and kitchen facilities we could need. Payment Policies: Refundable $500 security deposit required at check-in, held in the form of your personal check. Persons under 25 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellations: $100/week reserved cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to start date of reservation, unless we are able to re-rent for the time frame (or portion thereof).
Arrival/Departure: 3:00 p.m. check-in. 10:00 a.m. check-out. Some flexibility.
