This 2-story home has wonderful wrap-around decks on all levels where you can enjoy the sea breezes or take in the gulf views from the third level deck. Enjoy an outdoor meal at the table on the 2nd floor deck...or simply relax. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
This home has two kitchens and a washer and dryer on both floors, so it's ideal for 2 families! The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a fully stocked kitchen and living and dining area and stack washer/dryer. The second level is complete with another full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, breakfast bar, living room, dining area with table for 6, and master bedroom suite with private bath and a 1/2 bath off of the living area. There is also a full size washer & dryer on the 2nd floor.
In the heart of Old Seagrove, you are only 1 1/2 miles to Seaside and 2 1/2 miles to the Point Washington State Forest hike and bike trails. There is no thru traffic on the street so it's safe for the kids.
This spacious home has separate 1st floor and 2nd floor entrances so it's perfect for multiple families. With a king bed in the master suite upstairs, 3 queen beds and a sofa sleeper downstairs, this house will sleep 10 people.
Should you want to enjoy an evening out, this home is located within walking distance of Cafe 30-A, Angelina's and many other restaurants and shops. Located between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach on Scenic 30A.

Deposits: See Payment Terms for details
Payment Policies: A reservation deposit equal to 40 percent of the total rental amount is required within 3 days of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Reservations made 30 to 60 days prior to arrival require an electronic check or credit card advance rent payment upon booking. ADVANCE RENT PAYMENT IS ONLY REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION THROUGH CSA TRAVEL PROTECTION OR IF PROPERTY IS REBOOKED.
To protect against the loss of your rental payments, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Rental Payments are due in full 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, traveler’s check, bank money order, e-check, credit card or personal check with proper I.D. Credit cards are not accepted for monthly stays.
Rental rates are based on property features, location and season. Rates are subject to change without notice. A cleaning fee, sales tax and a one-time administration fee will be added to all reservations.
Cancellations: Please contact our office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel or change properties. If you choose to decline CSA Travel Protection, we will only refund your advance/final rental payments if the property is re-rented for the same time period and rate, less $75.00 cancellation fee. Once your reservation has been confirmed any cancellations, date or property changes will be subject to this cancellation policy. To prevent loss of rental payments we strongly recommend purchasing CSA Travel Protection.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is 4:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. (CST). During peak season, unavoidable delays may occur and there is a possibility your vacation rental may not be ready by 5:00 p.m (CST). Your patience will be appreciated. Late arrivals should make arrangements by telephone prior to arrival for key pick-up information. Please refer to your confirmation receipt for check-in location.
Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. (CST) firm, so we may prepare for our next arrival.
