Payment Policies: 1/2 of total amt. due is payable when booked. 2nd half due on arrival. No checks accepted on arrival. Holidays and Special Events; 2nd half due 2 wks. prior to arrival.
Cancellations: $25 cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations made by cancellation deadline. Deadline to cancel or change reservation: NOON 2 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE; HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL EVENTS: 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
