Payment Policies: 35% Two weeks from the reservation date. 40% - 60 days prior to arrival & 25% - 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: 90 days before arrival. After that we wait for unit to be re-booked and then all monies are refunded less $50.00 cancellation fee.
