Surfs Up has all the modern conveniences of home and some amenities that will make your beach vacation memorable such as a private pool, stainless appliances, screened oceanfront porch with furniture, and WIFI.
A fully equipped kitchen is a welcome sight. Stock the refrigerator, take advantage of the microwave and use the dishwasher to help you clean up. Surfs Up also features a washer and dryer so doing laundry is a breeze. Numerous flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players throughout allow you to rent a movie and enjoy a family movie night during your vacation.
Fix yourself an icy cold beverage and take it to the screened porch. Rest in a rocking chair or spend your quiet evenings on the screened porch overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
A grill will entice you to host a family barbecue. Sunbathe, read a book, swim in the pool or just splash around in the ocean.
Myrtle Beach amusements and attractions are only minutes away from luxury living at Surfs Up.

Information |
Deposits: 50% of Base Rental Amount
Payment Policies: RATES - Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. Rates are subject to 12% sales/accommodations tax and a Non-Refundable Processing Fee of $32 for rental amounts up to $400, $52 for rental amounts $401 - $900, and 7% of rental amounts over $901(capped at a maximum base processing fee of $350) is required on all reservations in addition to rental charges. The processing fee for reservations greater than 28 days is $70.00 with no add-ons.
CVB FEE - Included in the processing fee is a $2.00 per night CVB fee for North Myrtle Beach rentals and $1.00 per night for Myrtle Beach rentals, which is required on all reservations.
CHARITABLE DONATION: An optional charitable donation of $1.00 per night shall be added to all reservations unless you opt out at the time of booking.
CONVENIENCE FEE - For all payments made via credit card or debit card instead of cash or check, a fixed charge of $17 per transaction shall be added to all transactions in excess of $250.
RETURNED CHECK FEE - A fee of $15.00 will be added to all guest accounts for each instance of a returned check for any reason.
A prepayment of one half of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. A personal check is the required method of prepayment. Prepayment MUST be received within five (5) business days after making reservation. Please state reservation number, unit and date of occupancy on your advance deposit check. Upon receipt of your deposit, written confirmation will be sent showing the reserved unit, remaining balance, and rental dates.
DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE - Required on all 6+ bedroom properties. Available upon request for an additional cost for properties with less than 6 bedrooms. If maid service is not requested, the guest is responsible for cleaning unit and premises prior to departure. If unit is not cleaned, a cleaning fee will be charged to guests account.
DEPARTURE INSPECTION - If departure maid service is not ordered, then a departure inspection fee will be added to your reservation. Fees vary by number of bedrooms.
LUXURY UNITS - At Elliott Realty, we've identified a group of luxury units with respect to location, views, furnishings, decor, amenities & overall quality. Along with the unit comes a luxury service package which includes linens and departure maid service at a reduced price.
Cancellations: Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in and check-out will be through our office at 401 Sea Mountain Highway in the Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach unless otherwise noted on confirmation letter.
CHECK IN 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (June-Aug. 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.) or as soon as your rental property has been cleaned or inspected. Check-in time may be extended for special cleaning and maintenance. Please be aware that many accommodations may not be ready in-season until after 3 pm. Please call for special instructions on late arrivals.
