Deposits: Security deposit $1,000 .(refundable see terms)
Payment Policies: A Reservation deposit of $2,000.00 (PER MONTH BOOKED) due upon signing and final balance due 90 days prior to arrival. A separate condominium association rental application fee payable to the appropriate association will be due with reservation deposit. Tenant pays a final cleaning fee of $250.00. The final cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit and balance with statement returned usually 45 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice. Tenant pays the condominium association rental application fee of $100.00

Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN 1ST OF MONTH AFTER 3PM CHECK-OUT LAST DAY OF MONTH BY 12 NOON
