Payment Information
Deposits: Security deposit $750.00 (refundable see policy)

Payment Policies: A Reservation deposit of $2,000.00 (Per month booked) due upon signing and the final balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. A separate association rental application fee of $150 paid by tenant to 440 West Association, C21 process fee of $150. Any electric usage over $150 within the month and a final cleaning fee of $200.00 is deducted from the deposit and balance with statement returned usually 15 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice.

Arrival/Departure: Check-in after 3PM 1st of month. Check-out prior to noon last day of month.


Tax: 13% Tax must be added if rented less than 6 months
